WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY RETURN?
We offer free return service for customers in the UK, EU, USA, and South Africa. Please email us at returns@agulhasocean.com, and we will send you a shipping label to attach to your return package.

For customers outside the UK, EU, USA, and South Africa please email us at returns@agulhasocean.com, and we will let you know the solution for the country you are returning from.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND/EXCHANGE?
Your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.

ONE OF MY ITEMS IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, either email returns@agulhasocean.com or refer to our Commercial Terms clause 7 and we will resolve this for you.
