Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch Standard Shipping orders from our warehouse within 48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link from the relevant delivery carrier where you will be able to follow your parcel’s progress. Please note it can take 24 hours for tracking numbers to become live.

We use Royal Mail Tracked service for all our standard UK orders.

When your order’s been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking link. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

Overseas orders are fully tracked and shipped with FedEx.

The relevant International shipping charge will display at checkout once you have added your shipping address.

Please note we cannot deliver to BFPO, international PO boxes, Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office addresses.

Some countries charge duty and / or tax on orders imported from the UK over a certain value. Any additional taxes or duty charges will be shown at checkout.

We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.

Returning Internationally will incur a fee.

Please note we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item.

Your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.
