AGULHAS December 2023 Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions 1.
Eligibility:
- The AGULHAS Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

Entry Period:
- The Giveaway begins on 24 December 2023 and ends on 29 December 2023 ("Entry Period").
3.
How to Enter:
- Participants must follow @agulhasocean on Instagram, like the official competition post and tag an ocean-loving friend in the comments of the official competition post.
4.
Prize:
- The prize includes one AGULHAS Mokarran Mask (in an air-tight mask box) and one Cepedianus Snorkel in the winner's choice of color: California Kelp Yellow, Classic Black, or Atlantic Blue.
5.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected using a third-party app from all eligible entries.
- The selection will take place after the close of the Entry Period.
6.
Winner Notification:
- The winner will be announced on AGULHAS Ocean's Instagram account.
- The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the winner selection.
7.
Prize Claim:
- The winner must respond to the winner notification within 72 hours to claim the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Winners must provide a valid identity document or passport to claim the prize.
8.
Publicity:
- By entering the Giveaway, participants grant AGULHAS Ocean the right to use their Instagram username and content shared in relation to the Giveaway for promotional purposes.
9.
General Conditions:
- AGULHAS Ocean reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or tampering with the entry process.
- The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
10.
Release and Limitation of Liability:
- By participating, entrants release and agree to hold AGULHAS Ocean harmless from any liability arising from the Giveaway.
