The Mokarran Mask, named after the great hammerhead shark (Sphyrna mokarran), mirrors its namesake’s exceptional 360-degree vision. By removing the traditional centerpiece, the AGULHAS design features a curved, single lens that contours to the face for an expanded field of view underwater. This low-volume, freediving-inspired mask is built for all types of ocean exploration and comes in a durable, water-tight AGULHAS mask box. All components are modular and fully replaceable.

The Mokarran mask has become my go-to for so many reasons. The soft silicone strap doesn’t pull or snap my hair (a small detail that makes a huge difference when diving without a hoodie), and the fit is snug without being tight; no red lines or suction marks on my face after a dive. The wide field of vision is a real standout; it makes underwater exploring feel open and immersive. On top of that, the colours are funky and the overall aesthetic is beautiful - sleek, modern, and designed with care and sustainability in mind. It’s a mask that performs incredibly well and looks good while doing it.
I love my Mokarran mask! As a guy with facial hair I've always struggled with water entering my old masks and as a result, I'd always have to tighten it to a point that every dive equalled a headache and a suction mark on my forehead that reminded you you went diving 3 days later. With this Mokarran mask I haven't had that experience at all, and it works so well with my beard. It even fits my relatively small face perfectly, which is often hard to find in dive gear. But what really sets it apart is the panoramic view it offers. The field of vision is amazingly wide and makes exploring the underwater world feel completely immersive.
